“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”1 Peter 4:10
Hello Church Family!
I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know that every Wednesday, members of our Worship Ministry Family will be putting together something out of our musical hearts to share with you. I have been asking God how we can continue to serve our Church as Musicians and Singers. I felt like He was saying… “just connect. Encourage. Share my love. Music is a universal language.” And so we as a ministry just want to connect with you, and to share and encourage through what God has been speaking to us as we walk through this new and very different season.
Every Wednesday we will be posting a song or two here in our Journal. Some you may know, and some, this will be the first time they are sent out to into the world! Some will be from living room couches, others from back porches, and some will have wee children as backup singers or dancers… all raising their own Hallelujahs to the King.
I greatly anticipate gathering again when the sounds of all your voices flood our sanctuary… but until then, let’s worship today. Let’s fill our homes and neighbourhoods with songs of praise in any and every way we can. He’s Good and oh so worthy.
Here are a few thoughts, and two songs for you from our homes to yours. Thank you Don MacCormack, Asher Campbell and Becky Alvarez for sharing your gifts and hearts of worship with us!
Be blessed, God’s Peace over you, and may He be so near to you all.
