Family Picnic In The Park
We want to gather together the many young families of Anchor Point and have a “bring your own” picnic! If you have kids who attend AP Kids or serve in the basement as junior volunteers, you are invited to join us in at Gary Hobson Memorial Park (behind Vincent Massey Collegiate) immediately following the second service on June 11. Families are asked to bring their own lawn chairs, picnic food, blankets and, of course, their kids as well!
Anchor Point Breakfast Club
If you are someone who enjoys breakfast, or enjoys spending time with your church family, or both, you are invited to join the Anchor Point Breakfast Club! Every Friday morning from May 12 – June 23, at 9am, we will be meeting at Aaltos Garden Cafe (1824 Pembina Highway) to enjoy fellowship and tasty, inexpensive breakfast food.
Does Someone You Know Need A Free Meal?
Let’s face it, a warm meal on a stressful day can go a long way. That’s why we’ve got a meal ministry at church! Our goal is to provide food to people in our congregation who are going through overwhelming stages of life. If you know someone who could benefit from this, or want to join our team of generous cooks email Janette at email@example.com.Learn More
AP Kids Help Needed
We are always looking for assistance in our AP Kids Department on Sunday mornings. Right now, we particularly need help during our second service which begins at 11am. If you love kids and would enjoy leading, teaching, or even just being a friendly presence in their midst, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Friday Night Prayer
Join us every Friday evening from 4pm-9pm. Join us for a night of prayer
with soup & buns and get connected into our community.
Calling All Musicians
We want to strengthen our worship team with a diversity of musical talent. Right now we are short bassists, and electric guitar players so, if you have those skills we could use you! Email email@example.com to get connected.
Join Our Weekly Women’s Group
If you are a woman who longs to connect with other woman, come to church Tuesday evening from 7pm-9pm for a time of fellowship, prayer, and spiritual growth. To join, or get more information, check out their page on our website.Get the Details
