Church Family Survey

We are wanting to learn more about the wonderful individuals who join us at church each week and the times that suit them best. Part of this is that we are considering a third service, and would like your help determining which service times are most convenient. If you could take some time to fill out this survey that would be greatly appreciated. We will be closing the form by then end of February so please get you responses in!

Students In Need Of Short-Term Housing

Here at Anchor Point we often come into contact with University students and newcomers to Manitoba looking for short-term housing. If you have a spare bedroom you’d ever be willing to lend or rent out for a few days, weeks, or months please contact care@youranchorpoint.com.

AP Kids Help Needed

We are always looking for assistance in our AP Kids Department on Sunday mornings. Right now, we particularly need help during our second service which begins at 11am. If you love kids and would enjoy leading, teaching, or even just being a friendly presence in their midst, email kids@youranchorpoint.com.

Journey 1 And 2 Tracks Resuming This Year

Here at Anchor Point, we believe it is important to equip the saints to do the work of ministry as described in Ephesians 4. In light of that, we will again be offering the Prophetic, Evangelism, Pastoral, and Teaching Tracks of Journey 2 this ministry year. The only criteria to signing up is that you have already taken Journey 1, the first tier of our discipleship training program. These four tracks will be offered gradually throughout the next 8 months, but you are already welcome to sign up!

Does Someone You Know Need A Free Meal?

Let’s face it, a warm meal on a stressful day can go a long way. That’s why we’ve got a meal ministry at church! Our goal is to provide food to people in our congregation who are going through overwhelming stages of life. If you know someone who could benefit from this, or want to join our team of generous cooks email Janette at seamster@mymts.net.

Mothers Unite!

If you are a mom then you know that sometimes it is just nice to hang out with other moms… well we’ve got a group for that! Our Mom’s group happens most Wednesday mornings. Want to get involved? Email sarah@youranchorpoint.com.

Youth Group

We have two regular youth groups that take place at our church. Our Middle School events for grades 5-8 students take place on Wednesdays from 6:30pm – 8:30pm and our High School events for grades 9-12 students  take place on Thursdays from 7pm – 9:30pm!
