The unity of The Body is so important to God. But if unity is based on non-core issues of agreement vs. disagreement, then the church will never be united. Our unity is “the unity of the Spirit”. We are unified through the Spirit in Jesus. We are unified by WHO WE ARE: members of the body of Christ. If this truth ceases to be the foundation of our identity, we will remain a fragmented Body.
